Philip is the oldest son of John and Elizabeth Wiles Cahill. Philip was born about 1822, in Carroll County, Ohio, and died November 18, 1908, in Richland Township, Clinton County, Ohio. He married Lydia Allen, July 1846, in Pike County. Lydia was born 1828 in Patrick Co, Virginia. She died in Richland Township, Clinton County, Ohio, Nov. 1, 1893. |

Albert Cahill, son of Philip and Lydia Cahill, died June 11, 1909, in Richland Township, Clinton County, Ohio. Albert killed himself with a shotgun blast through his head. Albert is buried in Centerville Cemetery, Clinton County, as are his wife, Rachel Valette Cahill, and several of his children. |
